Manipal University(Media n Entertainment) has a taken an initiative to make everyone aware about the IPR(Intellectual Property Rights).
We are organizing a confrence on IPR on 13th of May 2011 inviting the Media Corporates, Students and other corporates. IPR is a very crucial topic to understand whether it is Media industry or any other industry. The confrence is an intiative taken by Manipal University to make people aware about the issues related to IPR which includes copyright issues, trademarks and geographical indicators so that people can become aware about all the issues which are being faced by the industries.
This conference is an initiative or I would rather say an awareness programme to make the industry people aware about the "Intellectual Property Rights" to avoid hassels related to IPR issues.The conference is known as "CONCLAVE 2011".
I really appreciate the initiative taken by the University n hope that it will be a grand success and hope that such kind of initiative will also be taken by the University in future coz these initiative is not just about organizing a conference but it is about making people aware about the issues that people are facing in the industries dese dayz.
