The event is expected to be huge ... Our fellow buddies are really working hard to find sponsors and make this event a grand success.

How did u guyz find the test which was expected to be a lengthy one but to our surprise it was just a simple 20 mark test with unexpected objectives & few short questions ...

so how did u do it ???

The long Festival weekend ...

Buddies

The long 3 day weekend that we had last week was the first real weekend that we guys enjoyed since Aug 2nd :)

I went to my home after a long time. So did all you guys.

The break was very refreshing. It made me realise how much I missed Chennai and my home.

Would be nice if you guys shared some comments about how you enjoyed the long festival weekend.

The internal tests ... :)

How did you feel about the 2 internal tests that we had for OB and Accounting. ? :)

I basically feel that the OB mam was very prompt in correcting our papers and returning them back to us. It reminded me of my school days. She said that she had followed a very lenient correction pattern. But the marks tell a different story...

The less that is said about the Accounting test the better. The Balance sheet didn't tally. Lots of tense, worried faces after the test. Waiting for the marks with bated breath.

The Interviews and Filming sessions ...

Hi Folks

Last week, the management decided to film the sessions going on in class (for publicity purposes). It was a good initiative on their part. There was good co-operation from the student lot too.

They came in during an accounting lecture and filmed the class for some time. After that, they interviewed each and every committee's members.

We from the OPNG committee started the interview session followed by the other committees. We told about what we were doing as part of our committee work. It was a good opportunity for all the committee members to tell the outside world about what they were doing for the class.

After all this, the camera also followed the hostel students to their respective halt spots.

The purpose of this exercise was to capture the Manipal student's ideal day at college.

Eagerly waiting for the day when the video is released to the WWW sphere :)

Teachers Day Celebration

Hi Folks ,

Sorry for the extended delay ,we were all very busy with tests & assignments :D

The Teachers day celebs on Sep 4th was a grand success ...there was a very interactive & entertaining Q&A session, where the students asked the Questions & teachers replied .....

Their replies were very interesting ..

After this, all teachers were felicitated on behalf of the student crowd .

On the whole it was a refreshing session amidst mundane lectures
